About the role 

A permanent, full-time role now exists for a willing and capable farm hand to join this small farming team.  Situated near our Brindley Park Feedlot and Property operations, just 40 minutes from Roma, enjoy variety in day-to-day activities between erosion control, planting & spraying across 9000 acres of broadacre dryland cropping, including:

• Safe operation of modern farming equipment 
• Working effectively without supervision 
• Safe application and handling of chemicals 
• Basic maintenance and servicing of plant, equipment & machinery

About you:

Previous experience in broadacre farming is a bonus.  What's more important to us is that you: 

• Are eager and willing to learn
• Have a strong work ethic
• Are trustworthy and reliable
• Are mechanically minded
• Prioritise the health, safety and welfare of yourself and your team
• Are physically fit and capable to safely undertake the physical aspects of the role
• Hold a valid manual drivers licence
• Have unrestricted rights to work in Australia
