Bathurst Area – Eastern Cape: Our client is looking for a Farm Mechanic / Maintenance Manager to join the team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Qualified diesel mechanic and or trade test certificates
- Extensive repair and maintenance knowledge of farm equipment, irrigation pumps, irrigation systems, and building maintenance.
- Proven experience in maintaining the following
o General maintenance
o Electrical
o Welding & lathe
o Pumps
o Servicing of tractors
- Proven experience to manage all maintenance activities which includes typically the following: planning, Job Cards, time management, maintenance personnel management, client liaison, supply support of maintenance materials and other.
- Previous experience with fabrication, design, repairs and maintenance of the factory
- Computer literate
- Must have a high level of energy with a positive can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Valid driver’s license
