The Farm
Our client operates a historic 11,000-acre property just 10 minutes from Bacchus Marsh. This hands-on role focuses on supporting the day-to-day operations of a traditional livestock property running ultra-fine Merino sheep.

The Role

Reporting to the Farm Manager, you'll be part of the team contributing to livestock care, property maintenance, and occasional garden and grounds upkeep. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking variety, flexibility, and a lifestyle-oriented position – all within close reach of Melbourne.

About You
We're looking for someone with strong practical experience, a positive attitude, and a willingness to get involved in all aspects of farm work.

• Experience working with sheep – particularly ultra-fine Merinos
• Practical skills in animal husbandry including - lambing, mustering, drenching
• Some experience in garden and grounds maintenance
• Strong farm maintenance abilities (fencing, general repairs)
• Pasture management experience – including spraying
• Machinery competence: tractors, chainsaws, quad bikes
• A team-focused mindset and eagerness to learn
